London Victoria Palace Theatre – Crazy Gang Jokers Wild 1954
An original programme for Jokers Wild starring The Crazy Gang at the Victoria Palace, London, dated 16 December 1954.
The Victoria Palace was the Gang’s spiritual home, where their riotous revues played to packed houses for well over a decade after the war, with Bud Flanagan, Nervo and Knox, Naughton and Gold and Eddie Gray causing happy mayhem nightly.
A fine West End example of 1950s theatre programmes from the golden age of British comedy revue.
