London St Martins Theatre – The Wild Duck – 1948 Mai Zetterling
An original theatre programme for The Wild Duck at the St Martins Theatre, London, in 1948.
The cast includes Anton Walbrook, Walter Fitzgerald, Jane Henderson, George Ricarde, Robert Harris and Mai Zetterling in Henrik Ibsen’s tragicomedy, in which an idealist’s insistence on revealing the truth destroys the fragile happiness of the Ekdal family.
Uniting two great European screen stars on the London stage, this is a fine piece among old theatre programmes.
