London Strand Theatre – A Spot Of Bother – 1937

An original theatre programme for A Spot Of Bother at the Strand Theatre, London, dated 29 November 1937.

Vernon Sylvaine’s farce reunited the great comic double act of Robertson Hare and Alfred Drayton, with Janet Green, Douglas Phillips, Clifford Buckton and Fred Withers.

Hare and Drayton’s farces packed the Strand in the 1930s, and this programme is a fun piece of between-the-wars theatre memorabilia for collectors of old theatre programmes.
