London Victoria Palace Theatre – Crazy Gang Jokers Wild 1950s
An original 1950s touring show souvenir programme for Jokers Wild, starring The Crazy Gang.
The Gang, featuring the comedy teams of Flanagan and Allen, Nervo and Knox and Naughton and Gold with Eddie Gray, were a British institution, famous for their anarchic slapstick and pranks on the audience.
Their long series of shows at London’s Victoria Palace ran from 1947 into the early 1960s. Crazy Gang souvenirs are much loved by collectors of variety and theatre memorabilia.
