London Savoy Theatre – The Ring Of Truth 1959 – Plus Extras
An original theatre programme for The Ring Of Truth at the Savoy Theatre, London, dated 13 August 1959. It comes with the theatre ticket and a cutting.
The cast includes Lionel Gamlin, Tom Bell, Arthur Lowe, John Slater, Irene Browne and Brian Wilde. Two of these actors later became much-loved stars of British sitcom.
Programmes that still have their ticket and press cutting give a fuller picture of a night at the theatre, which makes this a nice set of old theatre programmes ephemera.
