Manchester Stockport Theatre Royal Opera – The Size Of It 1945
An original theatre programme for The Size Of It at the Stockport Theatre Royal Opera, Manchester, dated 30 July 1945.
The bill features Pat Louise, Laurie Badell, Billy Howard, Alex Munro and The Three Spartans, typical of the touring revue and variety shows that kept provincial audiences entertained during the war years.
Printed in the summer the Second World War ended in Europe, this is an evocative example of wartime old theatre programmes from the North West.
