Durham Theatre Royal Poster – Circa early 1900's
A large, genuine variety show theatre poster from the Royal Theatre, Durham, believed to date from the early 1900s and measuring approximately 12” x 30”.
Acts billed include Teddy Stream, Una Harvey, Scott Watson and Harry Carson. Provincial variety posters were produced for a single week and rarely kept, so they offer a rare glimpse of touring entertainment in the north of England. A great display piece of theatre memorabilia.
