About this Moulin Rouge programme
An original 1927 programme from the Moulin Rouge at Place Blanche, starring Mlle Mistinguett, the reigning queen of the Paris music hall. In the 1920s her lavish revues, plumed costumes and famous legs drew audiences from across the world. Programmes from the golden age of Parisian revue are scarce and highly decorative, making this a wonderful piece of international theatre memorabilia and a gem among old theatre programmes.
