London St Martin's Theatre – The Skin Game – 1921
An original theatre programme for John Galsworthy’s The Skin Game at St Martin’s Theatre, London, dated 29 January 1921.
The cast includes Dawson Milward, Marston Garsia, Helen Haye, Mary Clare, Ivor Barnard and Mary Byron, and a few period newspaper reviews are glued inside. The play pits an old landed family against a ruthless self-made industrialist.
Programmes from the early 1920s are now scarce, and the added reviews make this an especially interesting example of old theatre programmes.
