PRIVATE SECRETARY (Farcical Comedy). 4 page programme 10 ins x 7 ½ ins featuring Charles Hawtrey’s company in the comedy adapted from Von Moser’s Der Bibliothekar with Frank Thornton, Gerald Gurney and the full company. It was first produced by Hawtrey in 1883 and made him an enormous fortune over the years.Preceeded by Arthur Elwood’s comedy After Many Days. Hand dated 1891.

V Good,vlcr,yellowed,top edges rather browned and with a couple of bits that have splintered off not affecting printed contents else,edge ni’s,
